How to Update Property Owner Contact Details

In the event your property changes hands, you’ll need to update the Property Owner Contact Details in the GateHawk Web Portal. 



Updating Property Owner Contact Details

To update the property owner’s contact details:

  1. Log into the GateHawk Portal

  2. Click on the desired property (if applicable)

  3. Click the Profile tab at the top of the page

  4. Click Edit Property Profile

  5. Scroll down to the Property Owner Contact Information section 

  6. Update the information to include the new owner’s namebilling addressemail address, and phone number

  7. Click Save Property Profile in the bottom right-hand corner of the page
