As a property administrator, you are required to agree to terms outlined in various documents before you utilize any of GateHawk’s platforms. Viewing these agreements is simple and can be done directly from your Property Portal.
Locate your personal profile
Click on your profile (person icon) in the navigation bar. This will open a dropdown menu of various options.
Note: The options within this dropdown menu vary by user type, if you are having trouble finding any of the options listed in this guide, please contact your Property Administrator.
Locate your agreement or policy
The most common policies or agreements are listed below. Once you know which document you’re searching for, locate it in the dropdown menu. This will take you to the most recent version of the agreement.
