As a property admin or staff member, you have the ability to view the access logs of all the video intercoms on the properties. 

Locate the Access Logs page

Click the Access Logs tab in the main navigation bar to view the Access Logs page. 


Filter by Tenant

  1. Locate the search bar at the top of the Access Logs screen.

  2. Enter the tenant’s full name into the search bar. You’ll need to ensure the spelling is correct, the search feature will not autocorrect name spelling. 

  3. Press “Enter” or “Return” on your keyboard to apply the tenant name filter. This will narrow down the access logs to data related to that tenant or guests of that tenant.

  4. To reset the data, delete the tenant’s name from the search bar and press “Enter” or “Return” again.


Filter by Time Period 

  1. Click the Filters button on the Access Logs screen. This will open the Filters panel.

  2. Type in the Start Time or use the Calendar icon to select the start date and time.

  3. Type in the End Time or use the Calendar icon to select the end date and time.

  4. Click the Apply Filters button to filter the access log data.


To Reset the Data

  1. Click the Clear button in the Start Time calendar picker

  2. Click the Clear button in the End Time calendar picker

  3. Click the Apply Filters button to filter the access log data.

Filter by Intercom 

  1. Click the Filters button on the Access Logs screen. This will open the Filters panel.

  2. Use the Intercom dropdown menu in the Filters panel to select which video intercom you’d like to filter data for. 

  3. Click Apply Filters to filter the access log data 

To Reset the Data

  1. Click the Blank option listed in the Intercom dropdown menu. 

  2. Click the Apply Filters button to re-filter the access log data.


Download Access Logs 

The GateHawk Property Portal allows you to download your community’s access logs.

 NOTE: If you would like to download a specific set of data, not the complete set, you’ll need to apply the data filters before completing the next steps.

  1. Click the Download Logs CSV button 

  2. Check your downloads folder on your device. The downloaded file can be opened with any standard spreadsheet program (Microsoft Excel, Numbers, etc.)
