How do I see what intercoms are on my property?

As a property admin or property staff member, you have the ability to view all of the intercoms associated with your property on the Intercom Units page of the property portal. 

Locate the Intercom Units Page


Click on the Intercom Units tab in the navigation bar. This will bring up the inventory list containing all of the intercom units on your property. On this screen, you should be able to see the Name, Product Model, Serial Number, and Schedule Status of each unit.  


This information is incredibly helpful to your Authorized GateHawk Dealer and GateHawk's Support team in the event that hardware or software troubleshooting in necessary.
